CLASSICAL PILATES

Classical/Authentic Pilates is a workout utilizing the exercises, order and intention of Joseph Pilates' original method.

The exercises, while strengthening your core,

work to fix imbalances throughout the body.

Joseph Pilates created his method to strengthen and rehabilitate soldiers.  But today, it is available to everyone and
thousands of people have seen and felt the benefits.

In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference,

in 20 sessions you'll see the difference,

and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body.

Nicole is an exceptional teacher and coach.  She has the ability to individualize instruction where necessary while staying true to Joseph Pilates' principles.

I'm really pleased Nicole is offering her classes online!  It's so beneficial to my fitness plan.  Thanks again for offering this option!

S.G. (Massachusetts)

After years of chronic back pain due to multiple abdominal surgeries, Ann decided to give Classical Pilates a try even though initially she didn't think she was strong enough to get through a class. In just a few weeks, her back pain had disappeared and she felt stronger than ever, even in every day activities. She continues to build strength and loves the newfound freedom of no back pain.

Nicole is great Pilates instructor with consistent successful results. Her demeanor creates a warm, safe environment while challenging each of her students to go the extra step. For many years, I've trained under her, and have always had great results.

E.K.  (NYC)

Nicole created and delivered an effective program at our corporate offices that was well received.  Everyone left each class energized and ready to return to work.

B. Jon (New York)

There’s a difference between being an instructor and a teacher. At one time, A. claimed to be a fitness instructor, but after learning about Classical Pilates, he decided he wanted to be a teacher.

He wanted to teach people a method that made a difference in their bodies rather than only instructing them how to perform random exercises.

He loved the idea that there was an intention behind every exercise, an intention in the order of the exercises and also a logical plan for progression.

In just a few months of classes, B.S. noticed that not only has his posture improved, but that his pants fit much better. His wife even commented on his toned waist.

N. and P. had tried every fitness modality. They loved lifting weights, but felt that it made their bodies too bulky. They hated yoga; it wasn’t for them.

They had tried Pilates classes in the past, but Classical Pilates was new to them. It was a challenging in a different way and an incredible workout. They realized that the Classical method brought faster results than their previous Pilates classes.

A. was an 85 year old client who had been exercising for years. She told me that “the minute you stop is the minute you can’t do it.” She loved Classical Pilates because it was a safe and effective workout. It kept her body strong. She still worked part-time and was active in her community. She credited Pilates for helping her keep the lifestyle that she wanted.
